The journey for new members begins with an athletic evaluation, a critical first step in understanding each athlete’s current abilities and potential. This 30-minute evaluation, priced at $150 per athlete, is meticulously designed to assess key areas such as speed, agility, endurance, physical fitness, flexibility, and cognitive function. Each test is tailored to the specific demands of the sport the athlete is interested in, ensuring a personalized assessment that captures their unique strengths and areas for improvement. To maintain the highest standards of quality and objectivity, these evaluations are conducted by third-party professionals. The results of this evaluation provide a detailed roadmap for the athlete’s development, highlighting the areas that need focused attention and setting the stage for targeted training.
Following the evaluation, athletes move on to our Specialized Training Clinics, where the focus shifts to addressing any weaknesses identified during the evaluation. These clinics are essential in preparing athletes for the rigorous demands of the sport-specific combines that follow. Each clinic is customized to the athlete’s needs, with training sessions designed to build on their strengths while improving areas that require further development. Whether it's enhancing speed, refining technique, or improving mental toughness, these clinics are a crucial step in ensuring that athletes are ready for the next phase of their training journey. The ultimate goal of these clinics is to prepare athletes to excel in the sport-specific combines, where their skills and readiness will be thoroughly tested.
Once athletes feel prepared, they advance to the sport-specific combines—intensive assessments that evaluate their abilities in the exact activities they will perform in their chosen sport. These combines are the final hurdle before the Intensive 7-Day Camp, where athletes undergo a week of focused, distraction-free training from 6 pm to 8 pm each evening. This camp is designed to push athletes to their limits, helping them build the stamina, strength, and strategic thinking necessary for competitive success. Following the camp, athletes participate in tryouts, the final test to determine their placement within C.A.O.S.D’s performance categories, ranging from Basic Training to Podium level. These categories reflect the athlete’s current capabilities and provide a clear pathway for their continued development. This rigorous process ensures that every athlete is not only prepared for competition but is also placed in a training environment that best supports their growth and success.
