Keith Brown II is a seasoned athlete and coach with a diverse background in both basketball and football. His journey began on the basketball courts of Pierce College in 2003-2004, where he honed his skills before transitioning to professional football with the Laredo Lobos in 2005. His athletic prowess took him across the Atlantic to England, where he played professional football with the Andover Thrasher in 2007. His experiences as a player have deeply informed his approach as a coach, where he now dedicates his time to developing the next generation of athletes.
As a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, Keith brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to C.A.O.S.D. His dual expertise in basketball and football allows him to offer comprehensive training that addresses the unique demands of each sport. He is committed to helping young athletes build the physical and mental strength required to excel on the court and the field. His approach is centered on discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of the game, making him a valuable asset to the C.A.O.S.D. coaching team.
