C.A.O.S.D's Late Spring, Summer, & Fall Training program is a comprehensive approach to developing an athlete's speed, agility, power, and overall performance. Spanning 6 to 10 weeks, this program focuses on conditioning the body, practicing drills that enhance sprinting and running mechanics, and introducing new exercises that improve technique, stride length, and stride frequency. The training includes active stretching, plyometrics, bodyweight strength training, and agility circuit training, making it essential for athletes involved in football, baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, and more.

This program is designed to help athletes build a strong foundation for the upcoming season, ensuring they are in peak physical condition and ready to excel in their sport.
